Multiple offices and workstations are available in a commercial litigation law firm. The descriptions below are for each office individually. However, if leased as a group, there's a discounted price - negotiable. The office suite has two conference rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and two in suite bathrooms. There is a reception area as well.

Building amenities include: Banking, Convenience Store, Food Service, Hotel, Property Manager on Site, and a Restaurant.

The largest available office measures approximately 13 feet by 14 feet and occupies one of the corners in the suite, with sunny views facing east and south. The monthly cost for this office is $1,050.

The medium size office measures approximately 12 feet by 12 feet, with big windows and nice views facing south. The monthly cost for this office is $750.

The smallest available office measures approximately 9 feet by 9 feet and has views facing south and west.

Within the suite, there are three admin areas, each renting for $150. These can not be rented by themselves – they must be rented in combination with one of the available offices.

Each office is furnished with a desk, chair, bookshelves, and other ancillary furnishings. Furniture can be removed if the tenant chooses to bring his or her own. Each office is wired for internet and phone.

Internet service is free! Phone service is negotiable. Copies (including scanned images) cost 7 cents per page.
